To be fair, he did come across like a toad on TUF.
Even though he did not call out RR (like some insist) he still tweeted a stupid comment.
Since TUF with RR/Tate, he has shown to be a pretty cool guy though, but he gave enough reason early on to dislike him.

I mean... you don't know him, right? I've spent time with the guy on a few occasions and he's one of the more down-to-earth guys. He's got a little ego when it comes to fighting/wrestling.... but it's earned. On all other subjects he is a kind and thoughtful dude. Super supportive of his teammates, also. I remember seeing him at Dave Mazany's local wrestling show here in Vegas. Just chilling out supporting a teammate in a silly car-repair spot turned into a wrasslin show.


So I'm going to go with..... Caraway is coo and you are a suckerbutt.

Most of the hate stems from when he tried to poach Riddle's SOTN bonus. That was a shitty move, especially to do publicly like that. You know how it is with 'celebrities', the narrative sticks (in this case that he's a snake) until you make everyone accept a new one. If he goes on a big run, he'll have enough media exposure to create a new one.
