No comics reader/expert but i think Wayne is supposed to be leagues above Bond at about everything.

Maybe i give Bond slighty edge on rip off women's panties... but tbh even there Bruce can just play the "i'm B... illionare" card and have women rip off themselves any trace of panties

Only true edge Bond have is that he uses firearms and he's down to kill, but tbh both are kinda irrelevant when Batman exist in a world where plot armor saves him from much worse treats

Agreed. No version of Bond is beating Comic Book Batman. He's ridiculously over powered: 1,000 lbs Bench at a body weight of 210, master of 127 different martial arts, IQ of 192, reflexes so fast he can dodge bullets, worlds greatest detective etc etc.
