I always found him to be a humongous turd. The brief interviews he gave over the years just kind of compounded that impression. I always had the feeling Rogan and co. wound him up and egged him on to do those ridiculous 180° and 360° announcements just to make him look foolish. He's not a fraction as smooth as his brother.
