Broner vs Theophane April 1st in DC

Broner is an idiot. He patted himself on the back for performing well after having such a rough week.

You robbed someone, you dumbass. You weren't the victim of an unfortunate circumstance. You sucker punched someone, then robbed him with a gun.

Is Broner actually retarded or something? That might have been the most oblivious shit I've ever heard a boxer say.
Im embarrassed for him.

p4p best dick punch KO of the last 72 hours. Other than that shit fight. Rest of the card was entertaining though.

Yeah the rough week Broner caused, was due to his self caused legal issues, and missing weight. Kudos for that. Not terribly impressed with Broner's performance .. even if he won a couple rounds, Ashley never seemed in it. Bummer about the stoppage though, as no, Broner didn't "Knock him the f*ck out"

as for Broner-Mayweather sure it could happen, but outside of hype/publicity what does Adrien Broner really do for Mayweather as an opponent? Even Floyd has been on record as saying Broner's lost his biggest fights (Maidana/Porter)

Mayweather doesn't need Broner, it's the other way around. And if Floyd could choose between Golovkin/Danny Garcia and Broner .. why pick Broner?

Let's just put it this way I had to work tomorrow morning at 5am now I don't have to do shit

lol. Go to work. Suddenly having enough money to pay your own cell phone bill does not mean you should quit your job.

I would rather discuss Robert Easter. That was an incredible KO in a tough step up fight.

He looked good. Maybe a bit similar to someone like Nicholas Walters. Tall for his weight class with a significant reach advantage. Capable fighter on the outside with a good jab, but also pretty good on the inside. Good output and solid power to top it all off. He gets hit a bit, but when he spends as much time in dangerous areas that's bound to happen.

I like that he calmed himself down when Mendes came on, and went back to the 1-2 combos. I think he would perform better at 140. It seems like it kills him to make 135.

Yeah, just looking at his frame I'd imagine that making 135 can't be easy. I can see him trying to pick up a belt at 135 first (he'd be in position to get a title fight after this KO you'd think), but 140 would seem to be in his not too distant future.

Hopefully, he doesn't go the way of Broner.

Maybe they mean in the ring. Right? Right?

Yeah I mean, hell fucking no I wouldn't want a fun to watch fighter turn into some fuck who plods around the ring with a wide stance, sub-par defense and low punch output.

Broner will get killed at 147 lbs.

Lmao nac goin' in!
That Easter dude, looks pretty legit. Never seen him before but I like the way he came out jabbing. Let's hope he's not a clown idolizing Broner and shit. Scary sneaky KO, dude has a future.

I actually though Broner had a little better defense than we've seen in the past. He's proven by now that he's hardly close to elite, but his power and speed is still something to think about for anyone, strangely. I cant think of anyone off the top of my head with as much raw physical talent as Broner that systematically pissed it away the way he is doing right now. The stoppage was a little early, but Theophane was going out anyways. Was it the low blow? Hmm who knows. I dislike the guy as much as the next guy, but I didn't think it was that bad of a performance, he did was he was supposed to do. Take out a guy maybe just as skilled as him, but with nowhere near the power that he has. The Floyd call-out is funny though.

Imagine having Broner as a role model. I mean... just imagine. Imagine the type of person you'd have to be.

If it has to happen, he will at least only get outboxed in an official fight. Floyd ruins Broner in the gym.

God damn it!!! I thought PBC was on tonight. My Tivo didn't record it either:mad: How were the fights?

The first two fights were pretty nice. Broner wasted time getting rid of a guy he had hurt early. That fight kinda sucked.
