Yeah he's legit. I thought he beat Vargas last time out, actually. Stopped M'Baye which is sort of impressive since the guy is pretty durable. The guy isn't great but he's no scrub, either. Broner should win but I'm actually not angry about this fight. The Russian dude is pretty good.
