I know they already have a reputation but now they are blatantly taking an athlete that looks like has failed 2 tests one actually in competition and it's all over the media.

Now if they make him WWE champion they're are basically saying it's ok for their athletes to use PEDs when they tried to prevent this w their 'testing' program.

It really damages their brand and gets bad press if one of their stars test positive twice then they give him a championship.
