Tate and Megan in a single day.. Brock you dog.
Yep I've been posting this for some time now that he looked really off in the Ubereem fight, like mentally done and the performance was really timid and hesitant.
So how many times did he had surgery in that time period ?
From what I remember:
1. First one was when he was up in Canda and then has fallen very ill and felt like "shotgun to the gut" if I remember the words correct and he had that all Canada health care thing that we all know so he had to drive to the nearest USA hospital where he got the medical attention needed with the proper meds and equipment and minor surgery done on him
2. Then he got infectious mononucleosis (mono) and he had to delay the Carwin fight but it was strange to have that (users around here where making jokes if I remember that time well), so after more investigation and more problems with his health it was revealed it's more serious and he needs a surgery to be able to recover from this so he did one at Mayo Clinic and it was was a success and it was revealed that he had been leaking fecal matter in his mid section and this caused the pain and problem with his immunity system and that explained the mono and other infections he was picking up. Interesting note was that this leak was going on for quite some time a year or more.
3. The big one - he was supposed to fight with JDS at the end of the TUF season and then diverticulitis hit again hard.. it wasn't cured so this time they went in and removed a 12-inch piece of his colon, of course this affected his day to day routine and it took a time to adjust and recover fully.
In all this time he had fights with Shane Carwin, Cain and Ubereem all in between this events.
O yea remember when he lost so much weight 42 lbs that we had talks of LHW Lesnar
on this boards lol.
Now after 4.5 years we have him back and he says he is feeling great and no more health problems.. let's see how he will perform, hope he shakes that ring rust fast.
