It is a shit tattoo I agree. Although probably more for his wrestling persona.

But the guy beats up 99% of the population. That is pretty close to all.

I never get the innuendo about doctors and refs nearby. It is a tougher sport than the four majors and those guys are generally considered to be pretty damn tough. Yeah there is a doctor there in case a guy is blind or is gushing too much blood out of his head and a ref to stop it if a guy is put to sleep or getting KOed. Everything up until they get involved is about as tough as it gets while still being legal.
