I believe you TS.
Brock has been on roids since high school. Knows how to cycle. Knows how to mask. No BFD, same for lots of UFC fighters. Almost every Brazilian fighter, even women. just as bad in the NFL.
The TS be like![]()
and you be like "look at him he uses roids cuz he has muscles!"
If you watch the video, he weighed in with pants + shoes on, so he's probably walking around at 275-280 max unless he decided to cut a few extra pounds for fun.
and you be like "look at him he uses roids cuz he has muscles!" ignoring his massive frame and traps since middle school
but i guess he was cycling back then too before he was even good at sports
39 year old men do not look like that all natty. i dont care how hard you train.. get real
wow you really are blinded by your ignorance.. at that age natural test levels are not sufficient enough for that amount of hypertrophy and fat loss. sorry dude hes not a natural fighter.. not that i care. just be realistic. so youre saying he works out 5 hours a day for 7 days a week with no rest day? lol so... when does he recover to allow for hypertrophy? lol working out 40 hours a week doesnt cause hypertrophy.. if anything that would lead to muscle wasting.. unless youre on steroidsmost 39 year olds jobs dont allow them to workout 40 hours a week, stay salty bud
you are mentally ill
You can also tell he has been training grip strength like a mo fo, those forearms have never been bigger. Obvious his gameplan is gonna be takedown/top control
