Perhaps the majority of these conspiracy theories, much like yours, come from posters who are either too young to know or lack experience in finance...that I don't know. What I do know is a $4 billion investment banking deal like this would have been in the works for 6 months at least, maybe even a couple years. UFC 200 played zero factor (those profits were prior to the sale anyway), and no reasonable business person is going to be naive enough to rely on specific fighters (with career life spans far less than the forecasted ROI period) to carry the organization - it would be a belief in and an opportunity to build on the existing business model.

Good imagination though, I'll give you that.

These are legit threads. People that complain about these threads are the types to believe what they are told and shown. They can't think outside the box, they are mentally stuck in a box (matrix) where they do as they are told. This thread is right on, to an extent, and even more so in some areas of detail. This was definitely a calculated move to drive up the price, and get out on top. The sport will go on, and will grow, but their 'plan' was a great business move. If Lesnar gets small fine in comparison to what he made, and banned for years, he DOESN'T care, because he too is a businessman.
