Bring Back A Fighter

I was gonna say Danny Abaddi, until I saw the 5 yr thing. I would love to see a guy like Cabbage back in the UFC again, although he would get taken down a lot. Maybe old Matt Hughes. I think he would still do ok today. I enjoyed watching him fite. Royce Gracie, just to see how quickly he would be crippled in his fite. The Machida Era was pretty good, so maybe the pee drinker?
That's a pretty good one imo

Brock. At 26? GOAT
He would have been fighting Sylvia and McGee in 2003 if he went straight into MMA, and I don't doubt he would have been one of the more dominant champions at the time. That's an extra 7 years of him fighting, scary thought honestly.
To stay with the topic of 5 year retirement being added, I'd like to see
Shane Carwin (fresh in my mind, just talked about him in another thread and I believe he would be top 3 HW today easily, does an interim title count?)
Marcos Ruas (he was only a tournament winner, no official title)
Cro Cop

Interim does not count, fake paper title

Machida, Hughes held titles. Gracie won the touraments.

My pick DHK knocked primed Silva out with one punch.
Champion potential in Stun Gun, but the guy took the smart route and went into acting, can't blame him. SPeaking of which, I went in to check his record, and through that realized that Benson Henderson and Jorge Masvidal fought? The fuck?

Totally agree outside of when a champion is legitimately out with an injury, but at that point, I wish they would all do what Jiri did and instantly vacate.

He might have not learned to flinch too. I still think when he started if he did not have that quirk, he would have been better. But I cannot really blame him too much. I flinched at first too.

Since others are outside the UFC (I think) I'd like to have seen Alexander Karelin train UFC in a good camp. I think even Fedor would've gone down a weight class to avoid him.

Alexander gustuffson becomes champ easy.

One of my favourites but he would not be champ in this era
Jiri KO's Alex with his eyes closed

If Carlos came back at 26 and trained in today's enviroment? I think he'd get there by 30.
