A tie between Bridesmaids and This is the End for my favorite comedy of the last ten years. First mostly female comedy that I've really liked - have a hard time calling it a chick comedy. It's too good.

I’ll give it to you the stove scene on the plane is gold.

“I have literally snapped a pair of boxers in half!”

I legit lol’d hard at that kind.

I like when they’re all sick and Kristen Wiig refuses to admit she’s ill so she forces down that candy coated almond in front of Rose Byrne.

Definitely one of the best scenes lol. Just sweating profusely, trying to chew and swallow the candy nonchalantly . . . So hilarious. I love Wiig

It was funny, but it did lead to the buttfucking of Ghostbusters, so I don't know if I'm glad it exists or not.

Not a chick flick.

Just a great movie staring chicks.

I recall it as a blanket.

Wifey is pregnant with my second son soi reference it often.

I think Wiig is the only connection to that film. I don't make the connection otherwise.

Co-star Melissa McCarthy and director Paul Feig, who also wrote and directed Ghostbusters 2016?

Forgot about McCarthy in it but she's been in so many since Bridesmaids. It was easily her best. I didn't realize the director wrote and directed Ghostbusters. I was half awake when I saw that and didn't care for it . . . But at the same time it doesn't affect my appreciation of Bridesmaids at all. It was a genius work IMO.

Feig and McCarthy are kind of an inseparable team.

I like Bridesmaids. I have grown pretty tired of McCarthy's shtick since then though, and I firmly believe that Paul Feig has both chemically and physically castrated himself at some point. There is simply no way that man's body produces any testosterone whatsoever.

Love this movie and especially Kristen Wiig.

Most overrated movie of all time, I literally didn't find any part of this movie funny. But then again I hate Melissa McCarthy with a passion.

One of the best comedies of the last 20 years.

All the imitators and shitty Melissa McCarthy movies that followed cannot be blamed on bridesmaids. Those are the fault of the imitators.
