Ultimately this was the replacement to Tony out of everyone that has come up I wanted to see, even moreso than Max and would have been ok with seeing Iaquinta or Felder in there with Khabib. I think Ragin Al had the better shot at winning though, with the wrestling to potentially stop the TDs and some good power in his hands.
Loving Ortega though. Undefeated #1 contender at FW, One of the most dangerous ground games in the UFC without question and he has the striking to be a danger on the feet as well as shown by his finish on Edgar. Never thought I would see the day Frankie Edgar would be finished.
Too bad they didn't go for it when they had the chance.
