Brendan Schaub fans

From what I heard from a few in the know, people in both industries can’t tolerate the guy.
Fighters think he’s a twat and the Comedy community hates his guts behind Rogans back.

So the idea this guy has any semblance of fans is crazy to me. but hey I guess I’m just not his audience...
 
I gave the guy his respect for making a great career post fighting, but he's so damn unlikable.

It's also kinda funny to think the Schaubs big wave of fans came from after Joe publicly humiliated and destroyed him. So I can't help but feel he has a large fanbase of sympathy fans.
 
Imma fan of Abu Schaubi. Hes funny. Glad he is moving away from Callen. His food truck series is good and is more geared towards MMA than comedy.
 
I Will confess i listen to the king and the sting sometimes, I will also admit its mostly because Theo.
 
Saying that you like Schaub should be greeted with the same contempt as if somebody were to say they like to fuck small children and decapitate puppies.
 
Yo B, I wuz a fan of his bufore he quit fighting, but his transishun to cawmedy has been dicey-dicey. What else yah got chin? We need to change the oil in the fryers before the lunch rush, B.
 
I’ve heard the guy’s fight predictions before and if I didnt watch him fight in the UFC I’d assume he was a clueless casual. He really seems to have a very limited understanding of mma even though he fought in the top organization. I do like how he stands up to Rogan when Rogan tries to claim that Mighty Mouse is the goat
 
Most of his fans are being ironic or just straight trolling.
 
Schaub's a fucking moron in just about everything he does and says. You don't even need a strong sense of MMA to realize the guy literally has no idea what he's talking about.

Doesn't help that every year, it seems like people catch him in multiple lies.

I don't get all of the crazy hate he gets on sherdog. I think it's great how he has a career after fighting and I like a lot of things about him. I don't care for his own podcasts etc, but I think he's always been great as a sidekick on rogan's podcast. he's passionate and knowledgable about fighting and I like how he and rogan interact. his comedy is terrible, but maybe it's just "not for me". it takes huge balls to jump into stand up comedy taking the route he has, and I admire how he approaches it and puts in the work.

I gave his podcast a solid shot but I just can't listen to the guy. He never adds any useful insight, no wit, no fresh take on anything. And he sincerely seems dumb. He's a grinder and that's somehow gotten him to where he is.
 
His comedy special was the worst comedy I’ve ever seen and I frequent open mics.

I will be brave enough on this forum to admit that I am fan. I didn't care for him on TUF but I started to listen to him on the fighter and the kid. I began because I was a fan of Brian Called and the duo makes for good comedy IMO. Grant it Schaub does say some dumb stuff but thats what makes it funny.
Rogan calling him out was a great showing of what a good friend is. Joe made Schaub what he is today for the most part.
His comedy special sucked but I give him a pass based on his time in the game. The King and the Sting isn't for me but I enjoy TFATK and the Below the belt podcast.

So anyone else willing to admit on Sherdog that they are a fan of Schaub.

I feel like I asking to get flamed as bad the "Me and my boys from Jersey" guy lol.
