The general push to reopen things isn't about Republican values or profits, it's primarily about people needing to make a living and pay bills. Granted that's not exactly the motivation behind hosting a major sporting event, but still. Oh well, that's what happens when saving money is discouraged and the economy is based entirely on debt. Truth. I don't understand why this is not accepted. It always turns out if you don't want more lockdowns you want people to die.... Like I think most of us are fine with not having stadiums packed for sports or hey let's start travelling again like nothing has happened. But to save society and those people that can't work right now who can't depend on unemployment for a long term solution we have to adjust.

Once the decision has happened in a way that is out of my control, me watching it or not has no bearing on the events, so I don't see any reason not to do it. I'm not against MMA itself (the way PETA is against eating animals or whatever), I actually like the sport. My impression is that I don't think it should happen in this situation, but I can't decide that. So it really makes no difference if I watch it or not at this point. I'm not in favor of people getting into street fights either, but I find those videos entertaining as hell.

It has bearing on future events for sure which everyone who is in favor of fighters who are negative of covid 19 should be allowed to fight do you disagree with that statement?
