Breaking: Explosion and gunfire at Turkey's International Airport

Probably another Christian terrorist.

Probably another Christian terrorist.
I've gotta be honest, this was the first thing i thought of too..those awful christian maniacs have been on a tear lately

I wonder if it was the Kurds or the jihadists.

I wonder if it was the Kurds or the jihadists.
That is an interesting thought...also, i wonder if the blame could be shifted on to the Kurds, even if it wasn't them?

Extremist Eskimo Buddhist monks. Their savagery knows no end.

Rumors (!) that grenades were thrown into crowds

No additional info. I'll wait til I hear something more than potential gunfire heard.

Yeah that's the thing I'm wondering. The Kurds in Turkey have been getting more desperate and Turkeys hand has been getting heavier as they've been killing Kurdish civilians.

Hopefully it's not the PKK. I can understand their anger, but they need to keep their attacks to Turkish police and Turkish military. They've been garnering a lot of international sympathy but there have been calls for all out civil war in Turkey by PKK leaders.

What a sad time to be in Turkey. They had a lot going for them not too long ago, and it is slowly but surely being eaten away by radicals.
Sad times, indeed.

I think its more likely that if it isn't the Kurds but Erdogan wants to fuck with them he'll just blame terrorism generally and then crackdown on Kurdish groups that are listed as terrorists rather than outright lying.

The choice of target makes me lean towards Religion of Peace. Especially if tourists have been targeted.

Those fucking crusades again.

Fun Fact, the crusaders actually sacked and decimated Istanbul (then still Constantinople) just before the Turks burst onto the scene making it significantly easier to defeat the Byzantines.

So you could say Christians are to blame for the rise of Islam in some ways.
