Anderson, Aldo and Wanderlei were legendary champs with super long unbeaten streaks that were considered the best in the world and had that aura of invencibility for some time, so I would put them on top.

Nogueira had many title defenses on Pride and won the interim belt in UFC and Shogun won Pride GP and the UFC LHW belt, so maybe that put them ahead of the rest of the guys.
