Brazil has the worst crowds in MMA

I asked my Brazilian friend about this and she said that they just find it funny that their booing pisses so many people off, so they do it and they don't care about gringo's feelings....It is just a fun part of sport for them.

ah ok that explains it and makes it more clear.

not only do they conduct themselves as douchebags, their sence of humor sucks as well

It is kind if funny that so many people care about boos at a sporting event, so much so that they'd react by calling them douchebags. I mean bro, it is sports. Lighten up.

The time they threw stuff at moreno was crossing the line though, but boos? Who cares about boos?

Boo your post by the way! Booooo

I think the Americans are the worst. Always hate Russians etc and scream for their own. As an Irish person I’ll put ours in second worst place for the ole ole chants.
The Japanese crowd were the best ever. Utter silence and appreciation for the ground work etc.

a paying customer has the right to boo. but when the fight is over and the WINNER is respectfull to the booing crowd and he still gets booed in return...it says alot about the crowd. the brazilian crowds suck. there are alot of crowds all over the world that boo but the brazilians are on another level. they seem to be sore losers and cannot appreciate anything that has a fight with one of their country men.

don't act that the brazilian crowd fills in with 'all the other booing crowds, it's sports man'. the brazilians take it to another level. this is not the first topic that got started about it. they suck as a crowd, they cant even find a tiny bit of respect to the 'opponent' even if the opponent is respectful to them

Lol death chants

Death chants go a bit far, but in soccer the Mexican fans loved to yell "Puto" to the other team's goalkeeper, FIFA didnt liked it because it has "hate speech implications" as its often used as gay slur, while the Mexican fans didnt meant it that way, its just fun for them and well, now FIFA banned it, lol, would the UFC even dare to ban Brazilian crowds for "poor sportsmanship" behavior? doubt it, the FIFA sanctions the Mexican team if the fans dont behave...

Go to literally team sporting event in the world and nobody is cheering on the opponent that beat their team... they're throwing beer bottles.

If you can't handle booing you need to expand your life experiences.

Yeah pretty well established at this point Brazilian crowds are pretty trash

Nah, not even close. The entire country is a cesspool full of worthless people and your friend - who likely got the fuck out of that trash dump of a country - just wants to sound cool instead of being honest.

i can handle it, i dont mind it for myself...... they are not booing me

this is a message board and opinions can be delivered. the brazilian crowds suck. no need for me to grow up, they are the ones that are total douchebags.
brazilian crowds suck, i wholeheartedly agree with the topic starter and give 2 shits about the 'iz normal' replies. there are alot of better crowds all over the world. the brazilian crowds are the bottom of the barrel.

I don't believe for one second that the reason behind their behaviour is that they think it's funny. These are extremely emotional human beings. Certain cultures have a harder time controlling themselves. And with that last sentence a few groups probably popped into the readers mind which I will get carded for if I mention..

I don't think it is a big deal, but you seem to be seeking respect from an audience of people watching cage fighting, so I can see why you might have left feeling soured by the boos.

I can see both sides of the argument, but at the end of the day it just isn't something to care much about in my opinion.

I'd rather hear boos than the drunken woos to be honest, but that is just me.
