Braulio and Raphael Assunção are from the same city. Raphael speaks english better than 95% of the native speakers. Guess that people from Recife are good at that.

His grasp of analogy is particularly great for teaching. You don't see a lot of teachers whose linguistic competence go way beyond "what do these words mean" into "how to prompt visualizations in this language"

All of Braulio's vids have so much black belt info it's incredible. So knowledgeable and insightful. Can't recommend his stuff enough.

This works very nicely. I am going to have to continue to practice it more but I certainly held mount longer using the elbow control forehead down method. I didn't get to try the post out and drag method much while rolling.
