Tony definitely has the skills to outbox the shit out of him. Whether he will or not is another matter but I'll most definitely be sprinkling on Harrison decision and the draw. My instinct says Tszyu wins though.

He can but it'll be an ass clench for the second half of the fight. Harrison is pretty chinny and gassy so in rounds 6-12 I wouldn't be surprised if Tim caught him. Still this is Tim's toughest fight yet and he didn't wow in the Gausha fight who's a level below Harrison, Tim even got dropped early in that fight. Still Tim is the young pressure fighter that throws good volume and combos and hits pretty hard. This fight will answer a lot about him going forward.
