Nice! About time to raise your unit size and start making some real moneyDid around +27u profit tonight on the boxing. Well, most of it was due to LB, but pre-fight bets were very smooth as well.
Waiting for the Glory guys for +6.5u more.
I'll take it
Nothing wrong with the unit system just keep adjusting your unit size to your bankroll and as long as you win more than you lose your profits will get better and better. Livebetting on UFC has been such a money maker for me, won twice as much as I've earned at my 9-5 job this year. Started with a 2k bankroll in january 2017 and got it up to around 38k nowYeah, those units sound pretty silly, but I'm doing pretty well (1 unit is 20£). I will probably get rid of the whole unit system, it doesn't say a lot. Prefight I don't go really big, but the live betting has worked wonders for me both for UFC and boxing this year.
Up 3020£ for the year which is pretty amazing for a full-time student, around a minimum wage per month. Last year I managed to squeeze in only 2000£ for the whole year, so things are going way better now.
ok, finally...odds are out.
Jarret Hurd vs Lara.
Lara is -175
Hurd is +135.
I think Lara coasts to another, one sided UD.
thoughts on this?
Lara 117-111 or 116-12 I reckon.
Hurd has the size and pressure but Lara is light years ahead technically and has the skill and footwork to avoid having to work when he doesn't need to. Providing Lara doesn't slow significantly down the stretch he should be able to avoid a late onslaught and wide fairly clear on points.
Hard for me to back Lara after the tough fight he had with Angulo. Hurd is more of a handful than Angulo.
nathanial gallimore +168
i have this fight as a pick em with gallimore having the better power in both hands with jrock the better jab. imo, they both have suspect punch resistance, however, i believe jrock is actually packing glass.
its one thing to get kd by a jab because of balance issues like clottey did against cotto but jrock to me is on queer street from the charlo jab. nathanial has a great left hook, uppercuts and an overhand right and i think his kill or be killed attitude and pressure is going to take away julians jab.
both fighters apparantly have no contractually ties to tgp so if the fight goes to the cards gallimore could get a fair shake even though wiliams was the recipient of some very questionable scoring in his fight with smith in vegas on a floyd mayweather card. another angle is that gallimore has left chicago to train in california with mcgirt and pullman to get away from illiinios. there might be a connection between promoter tom brown, a minnesota transplant and gallimore, i bet on nathanial against deloach but cant remember why i believed there was a connection when capping that fight.
