Boxing Discussion VI

Jones's has the ability to get him out of there within 7 all depending on which version of him we see, he blows hot and cold so it really does depend on that. If it goes to a decision it could of course be a home cooked DEC but I'm hoping Carson has enough to either put him away or at least win it decisively.

Regarding Kubo, he is the home fighter here but Japan actually give visiting boxers a fair crack and aren't extremely bias as you'd imagine, the Murata vs. N'Dam showed it can actually go quite the opposite way. But although he lacks the number of fights compared with Roman he scored an upset win over the tough veteran Cermeno in April, breaking him down over 10 rounds until he retired on the stool. He has such a rangy and awkward style for the weight and lays traps, he looks to be a very difficult puzzle to solve.

i can't believe that scumbag margarito is still boxing.

going to blind tail crow on shubo.

Where shun line mate

I'm going to tail on those:

Carson Jones (-150) vs Antonio Margarito $150.00 for $100.00
Carson Jones/Antonio Margarito Under 9½ (+135) $100.00 for $135.00

Shun Kubo (+100) vs Daniel Roman $200.00 for $200.00

Any idea what time shun fight is

From what I've read it starts at 07:00 UK time, that usually means 2 fights before hand so I'd guess around 09:00 am the Kubo fight will start.

Playing some on Iran Diaz tonight too against Luis Concepcion. Concepcion is rightfully the fav but Diaz shouldn't be 5.00 here and has a chance to win.

conveniently, there is no wbc silver belt on the line and it is a mexican sanctioned fight so my guess the judges will be a jose, juan and francisco while the ref will be alejandro.

Yeah, like I said I think Carson has to stop him or at least score knockdowns and win decisively to get this but I can't bet Margarito at nearly 40, his eye damaged badly, chin is not shot but definitely not what it was and the inactivity at that age is of no benefit. Hoping Carson turns up and gets it done.
