That being said, Zlaticanin scored the early knockdown on Burns, if Indongo can do it'll be hard to see him losing a decision if Burns gets up and Indongo boxes well.

In case anyone isn't aware rather frustratingly the UFC starts at 9pm on Sat - gonna cross with the boxing.

Just done watching more fights....

Charlie Edwards (already discussed this) I'm very confident he will win, he looks great in his training pics and vids and should be a class above Butcher, his money line is unplayable @ 1.28 but his decision line @ 1.90 is very good, better than I had expected. Coming up a weight class and fighting Butcher in his own backyard it will hard to get the finish unless he wares down his body early on. Will definitely have some down on Edwards DEC and a little cover on Edwards 10-12 @ 1.00

Also liking Cardle DEC @ 2.00 but will watch more footage.

I think i bet cardle dec last fight and he fuckin stopped him lol what are the chances!

Cr0w what are your thoughts on vlad +200?

Still not 100% what I think on it yet, Joshua isn't as awkward as Fury was, he's a power puncher but relatively unexposed against a legit opponent if it goes past round 6. I either see Wlad being very inactive and looking disappointing or he boxes very technically and schools AJ.

Sadly right now I think Joshua does take it.

Nothing sad about that

Vlad is a one of the most boring fighters ever, get him gone asap

To each their own, personally not a huge AJ fan and not completely sold on him.

Great time for him to fight Wlad whilst he's on the decline though and boosts his stock if he does, alternatively if an aging Wlad can beat Joshua it cements him as a heavyweight great.

Looking at some underdogs in the less notable bouts this weekend. Based strictly on BoxRec capping, I see undefeated Hawkins has less experience than the never beaten Soto and only faced one opponent with a winning record, so stabbing at the value play there. It's kind of odd to me at least that in the ShowBox main event Friday night two relatively little known boxers in Clarkson vs Bivol are competing for a WBA world LHW belt, even an interim one. Bigger weight class fighters have more punching power so more chance for puncher's chance upsets imho. And speaking of power, I recall watching Parker drop LHW contender Shabranskyy twice in round one in a TKO loss and dropped his last opponent en route to a decision win, so I like the value on the dog Saturday evening on HBO Latino here in the U.S.. I personally put small bets on these dogs so far:

Clarkson over Bivol at +1161
Soto over Hawkins at +1250
Parker over Barrera at +2000.

I'm sure I'll have a couple more plays for the weekend, so I'll post my bets in detail like usual by tomorrow afternoon.

he has supposedly been kd or kod in sparring against okolie and price

i think joshua could go the way of frank bruno. a guy with great power but not so great punch resistance

.

I like all these lines, especially Soto, but I can't find that one anywhere.
I'm 1u on Clarkson +740 since the start of the week, but man did that line become better...

Mostly just a big + number and an opponent with weak opposition. After watching the weigh-ins last night on YouTube, Soto is by far my least favorite play of the three and a very small play at that.

Samuel Clarkson (+1161) vs Dmitriy Bivol $15.00 for $174.15
Carlos Soto (+1250) vs Malik Hawkins ~$12.00 for ~$150.00

Julius Indongo (+175) vs Ricky Burns $100.00 for $175.00
Julius Indongo Points Victory Or Technical Decision (+520) ~$26.40 for ~$137.28
Julius Indongo Points Victory Or Technical Decision (+540) ~$30.00 for ~$162.00
Julius Indongo/Ricky Burns: Both Fighters Be Knocked Down (+900) ~$12.00 for ~$108.00

Charlie Edwards wins in round 10-12 (+1000) vs Iain Butcher ~$12.00 for ~$120.00
Charlie Edwards Points Victory Or Technical Decision (-110) vs Iain Butcher ~$66.00 for ~$60.00

Paul Parker (+2000) vs Sullivan Barrera $25.00 for $500.00
