There's a lot of that in boxing, especially when it's a competitive fight with arguably close rounds. Sometimes one boxer throws more punches but the other throws seemingly harder punches. Sometimes one fighter starts rounds strong and his opponent finishes rounds strong. Sometimes one boxer starts the early rounds fast and wins the first few rounds and the other boxer finishes strong and appears to win the later rounds. Sometimes one boxer is head hunting and knocks his opponent's head back while the other is landing more body blows. Sometimes one boxer is throwing beautiful combinations at range while the other does good inside work. It can make it hard to score, so the commentators see it one way, the fans another way and three judges three other completely different ways. Not a huge boxing fan, so maybe I don't fully understand scoring, but I tailed Crow on Omar and thought he clearly won the decision. They both looked shocked when the decision was read..
Not exactly a boxing expert, but I was on Cherry and thought Omar clearly won like you. Especially when the 1st scorecard was so wide. Felt kinda dirtyNot a huge boxing fan, so maybe I don't fully understand scoring, but I tailed Crow on Omar and thought he clearly won the decision. Anyone have a strong lean on Flanagan vs Petrov? Petrov is a pretty aggressive and hard nosed fighter. Any value at +400 or better?

I really hope petrov makes this close but im eyeing flan dec more than anything
Same here man. Petrov would likely be Flanagan's best win and he'll come looking to win but I think Flanagan does outpoint him; Petrov is tough and went the full 12 with Zlaticanin and been in there with Maidana (was KO'd) so I find it hard to see Terry putting him away. Flanagan points @ 2.50 and around is good value for what is the most likely scenario I'd say. Plus I know it's not always the case and Germany used to get a bad wrap for it but it's hard to win a close fight against an Englishman in England unless you outclass them (Linares vs Crolla 2).
Petrov's tough brawling style, toughness and body work will be enough to force Flanagan's best out of him, he's a good opponent and likely will find spells of success in the fight. Flanagan is the cleaner box and the better technical boxer and I think that should carry him through but a few shaky moments wouldn't shock me. Very good card overall, a lot of prospects on it.
You think we might get a playable ml on Flanagan during the fight if Petrov can make it competitive?
Flanagan dec +200 Ladbrokes and +175 Skybet - on it!
Cattrall dec or itd? Gethin has been stopped twice with ear problems recently.
Gooding the dog any lean here? Besides Kelly's fight with Smith he has fought nobody.
Boxrec capping but Villanueva is my fav dog on this card in fights that have wide odds. Anyone have any intel on this one?

Cattrell dec +275 @ PP.
Gethin +900 WHill.
Nicola Adams dec +200 @ PP.
Gethin said both ears popped in the Diaz fight so that could be three stoppage losses due to his ears. Think books are way off with that decision line.
