wtf this ref =/ how was that not stopped.. he just unloaded for 2 minutes with no response

wonder if gavin's ribs are hurt or something with that posture he has.. it does not look like a cardio problem

crazy fight.. still no clue what to bet lol

damn i think he was hurt to the body/ribs early on and never recovered

Wow, great fight. Eggington was +250 live a few rounds back and I balked.

Eggington reminds me of a long lost Diaz brother.

Cristian Mijares vs Shohei Kawashima
Sho has +950 odds. Undefeated and i do not favor him, but with Mijares at 35 i will put a 10'r on Sho for the upset.

Might end up being square but think both of these hit so laid the juice anyway.

2.14u Wilfredo Vaszuez Jr -214
2.5u WV2-JuanMa un9.5 -250

Juice is right! I am not too familiar with these boxers, both former multiple weight champions apparently. Do you think Lopez is that bad, or is he shot at this point? Vasquez asked for a catch weight because he is smaller I read. Does that matter?

I dont think the catchweight matters much, here's why. Juanma is the epitome of kill or be killed and for proof of this these stats stick out: Lopez has had 39 pro fights, only 3 of those fights have went to Dec, so 36 fights he has either won or lost by ko/tko. All 5 of his losses have come by stoppage in the last 5 years and the last fight he's won by Dec was 7 years ago against Mtagwa where he struggled pretty badly iirc. He's only 33 but the mileage he's been through and the fact that he's a smaller fighter means that he'll age much quicker than heavier fighters.

as for WV2, he is a durable guy but also has a high ko % of his own (Lopez 31 out of 35 wins by ko and Vazquez 19 of 24 wins by ko). My thinkng is that although he's naturally the lesser skilled of the two, WV2 is only a year younger but has much less mileage on him and he's the guy who will be at a big advantage to take the Dec if it somehow goes the distance. That being said, even though both lines are very juiced, i think Vazquez will most likely win by ko and it'll cover both bets. If not I just can't see Juanma lasting the distance AND getting the nod on the cards as well.

Just doesn't seem likely to me, Lopez is so beaten down at this point, it's actually surprising he's still allowed to fight anymore against anyone half decent. Probably b/c the fight's in PR is the only reason this is being sanctioned. If Lopez does win this I think it's almost exclusively gonna be by stoppage, WV2 is tough but as i mentioned Lopez is just that kind of fighter where he either ko's you or gets ko'd, not much wiggle room. He hasn't been to a Dec in 7 years I don't see that trend stopping now at his age and mileage especially.

Anyway that's my b/d for both, hoping to hit both bets but kind of a quasi hedge by taking both Vazquez and the under in case Juanma does somehow get the ko or WV2 can't get Lopez out of there and takes a Dec for whatever reason.
