I consider Casimero at 1.66 fantastic value this weekend against Charlie Edwards.

As much as I respect Edwards for not being scared to take on such a skilled and dangerous opponent early in his career I struggle to see him winning this at all. Edwards has made a big impact on the paid ranks in quick time, picking up the English title in just his fifth fight and the WBC International strap in his seventh but a world title shot may be far too soon for him.

Casimero landed the IBF Flyweight crown in May with a fourth round KO over Amnat Ruenroeng, avenging for a points loss for the belt in June 2015. That win made the 26 year old Filipino a two-weight champion having previously held the IBF Light-Flyweight crown.

Edwards is for sure a talent, fast hands and a good mover but Casimero will eventually get to him. Casmiero packs brutalising body shots which can been seen in his fight with Ruenroeng. Edwards won't embarrass himself but he will literally have to be flawless to win it; The Filipino won't be intimidated fighting in England, you just need to watch the end of the Lazarte fight to see why.

I was looking at this fight thinking its come early. You like dec or stoppage win?

I'm thinking late stoppage.

His bodywork will wear Edwards down and Casimero has some of the best stopping power around Flyweight. Will certainly be a valiant effort from Edwards if he can take it to a decision and will gain a lot of respect even in a loss.

Casimero + Haskins parlay?

Casimero + Haskins parlay?

Very good value for it.

Liking Haskins decision paired with Golovkin between rounds 7-12 as I mentioned in my previous post, got quite a bit on that.

Yeah tailed that. Gonna hit this one too.

I bet against Casimero vs Ruenroeng in the re-match a few months ago and lost, so I won't make that same mistake again. These are very close odds for boxing so I went pretty big on it:

John Riel Casimero (-140) vs Charlie Edwards $280.00 for $200.00

Not quite as confident in GGG in rounds 7-12 as Cr0w and I don't know too much about Haskins other than the one or two fights I have seen, but I'm sort of tailing with Haskins ML instead of decision prop:

Parlay:
Lee Haskins (-440) vs Stuart Hall + Gennady Golovkin wins in round 7-12 (+183) vs Kell Brook $50.00 for $123.66

Hey guys, Manny Woods is +3500 against kermit cintron.

Granted, I never heard of Manny woods but cintron shouldn't be -10,000 against anyone

I didn't know who David Peralta was before I blindly bet him at +3000 against former multiple division champion Robert Guerrero, but the Argentinian taxi driver got it done. So what's another quarter on Manny Woods against faded former champ Kermit Cintron at an even more generous price to win almost a G?

Manny Woods (+3800) vs Kermit Cintron $25.00 for $950.00

Casimero dec is +350. Casimero unan dec +800. Wtf?! I have to hit that.

Great price. I hit Casimero wins by 12 round decision small at +440 on 5D, but they won't have a UD prop on this fight.

In for .5u on Andy Townend +310 along with a square two teamer of Jacobs/Mora ends itd with GGG itd at like -130 or something like that for 2.5u. Square but I like it to hit. I'm on record saying I think Brook can give Golovkin some problems but the more I think about it the more I think it's highly unlikely that Brook lasts the distance, GGG itd is steep but for good reason. Brook very skilled but GGG's on a 22 fight ko streak, I don't see it ending on Saturday. Same goes for Jacobs, he hits like a mule, natural killer instinct, Mora's well past it.

Danny ran into a shot being overly aggressive last time out after the kd, he'll play it a bit safer this time out but still with enough power and aggressiveness to get Sergio out of there. Sergio hasn't looked good in awhile now, Jacobs is in his prime. I took fight ends itd b/c it was only like .15c worse at the time I bet it and ate the extra juice just incase. Anyway on those two so far, looking to add more but haven't done anything more yet.

I tailed you on both of those, BT, both Townend and the parlay. I'm going to have to start watching boxing early on Saturday afternoon now!

Hey BT, any reasoning on Townend?

I was tempted by Townend, I love his head left hook and body shots and he's been on a solid streak lately.

I think Ward is too good a boxer here and that'll be what gives Townend problems. Being a Tony Sims trained fighter he has solid fundamentals and technique wise is superior to Townend. Townend does pack serious power though, particularly in that lead left as I mentioned but even if he does manage to score a knockdown, I could still see Ward taking home decision in the end. Word is that Ward has looked fantastic in training and sparring for this fight which is what finally persuaded me to sway away from the Townend bet.

Certainly not out of the question that Townend wins with the kind of power he has but I'm not going to be putting anything on it. Possibly Ward decision at @ 1.80 paired with something else, will see later.
