I searched the forums already and couldn't find a previous post.
I moved to Wichita, KS a few months back from Las Vegas, and haven't had any luck finding a good boxing club/gym in the area. I've been to a few sessions at one place, but it wasn't a good fit; I won't mention names because I'm sure they're fine trainers, but they thought I should fight pro instead of ammy because of my age (24), despite my 0-0-0 amateur record. Normally I shut my mouth and do what my trainer says, but that seamed incredibly ill-advised.
I'm going to check out Laselva MMA soon, but their boxing instruction seams very limited (good trainer, but bad scheduling).
Does anyone know of any other good, no-bullshit gyms in the area?
