Why are you "sure"? The IOC president literally says no scientific test can tell a man from a woman and they dont seem to care about testosterone. What test do you think they gave her? She's been tested by the IBA but everyone outright dismisses it. For reasons no one can really explain.

They don't do gender tests in the Olympics, so no, she hasn't been tested. In the past she tested positive for being male, although those tests are in dispute, no other test has been presented to counter it.

All the critics were saying is that she is a bio male and shouldn't be fighting women. That's not harassment that's a valid complaint.

She could have easily dispelled these rumors before, during or after the olympics... she hasn't done so.

I think context is important here. When you're dealing with issues like a guy that just wants to put on a dress and walk around with a floppy dick in the womens bathroom of a gym, its pretty simple. Intersex issues are more complicated, and I think few people wouldnt acknowledge that. But its also such a rare case that they typically arent involved in general conversations. You cant account for every rarity when you speak in genral. Especially on political topics. If you have XY chromosomes, you are not a biological female. If your body produces testosterone on a higher scale than that of a "normal" woman, then its an unfair advantage.

As I said in my previous post, I'm not sure whats misinformation and whats not because I haven't followed the story that closely. Assuming the things I said are accurate, this athlete has an advantage that would cause a true biological female to be disqualified from competition.
