I actually agree.

I just think, by that logic, the problem isn't chromosomes - it's testosterone levels. It seems more normal for me to not have a female boxer with a penis than to have to do a chromosome test to figure out what they "really are".

So, I would think the obvious answer should be to let these women compete and everyone should argue about testing for testosterone levels.

I think the opposing side would argue that the systemic advantage from being born with de la Chappelle syndrome would be akin to someone juicing (or in your example - an XY fighter) who just cuts out or uses blockers for enough time to pass the test clean.
