No, its not st all that simple. In fact this is an oversimplification, and the entire medical/scientific community are well-aware of this. Even in scientific study about DSD you'll often see the term "XY female"...they do not merely refer to them as males because "it's just that simple." It just suits some people's ideologies to shift goalposts of what they consider a male or female to suit their worldview, enough that they feel perfectly comfortable calling someone born with a vagina, many of whom are capable of bearing children a "man"....regardless of how that contradicts their normal view.
The fact of the matter is that both Khelif, and Yu-Ting have been been deemed female at birth, lived as female their entire lives, and have always competed as female without issue until the IBA got mad at the IOC. Khelif, particularly, faced the further discrimination of living in a traditionalist sexist Country, where EVERYONE treated her as a female...every Doctor, every official, even her own Father. A place where being gay or trans has social and legal repercussions. And now millions of d*ckheads on the Internet want to declare her life is pretty simple by calling her a man because it makes them feel better about their oversimplified worldview.
Imane Khelif is not a man, has never been a man, has never been treated as a man, mnkws literally nothing of life as a man. Lin Yu-Ting is not a man. Barbara Banda is not a man.
