Speaking at a senate commitee for whatever reason, Bono seriously said that we should fight ISIS with comedy. That ISIS is just posturing with flags and guns and it is all "showbusiness". Forget about raping and beheading and setting people on fire.

Bono's answer is to send Amy Schumer over there...that might be a good idea. He said Hitler through out the surrealists and daddists (sp?) first thing so they could not get defeated by being laughed at?

And yes, he states he is dead serious about this.

This is as stupid as that fucking Imagine song by Lennon. You can sing that song all you fucking want and compliment each other but the thing is that the other side is not listening to that song.

This is all just putting your head in the sand and waiting for the first bloke to ramrod ya.

When it come to actors and musicians do not listen to them on politics because they have no clue at all.
