“When he saw GSP do what he did, it actually lit a fire under him,” manager Abraham Kawa said on Monday’s episode of the MMA Hour. “He said, ‘Man, you know what, if he can do that after four years, why can’t I? Why can’t I go out there and do that?’ Or whatever it might be. So, Jon, never once did he say, ‘I’m gonna quit, I don’t want to do this anymore."

“He’s in a good place. He’s anxious to get back more than anything,” Kawa said of Jones. “People you say you get that itch — he’s got an itch, man. It’s bad. I actually feel bad for the next guy that fights him. I really do.”

“Not saying he’s going to take it all out on him. But he’s sharpening his tools to where you thought he was good before, wait until you see him now.”

DC will get that 3rd fight with Jones. And Jones will wreck him again at HW. Prepare for the return of the GOAT. There is nowhere for DC to hide save for retirement and vacating his belt(s).

Too bad HW doesn't have a miracle champion that is tailor made for Jones to beat like MW did.

Thinking he will return in 3 years at age 34 to look even better than before? C'mon son!

If he would come back after a 4-year ban they would test him non-stop. No room for cheating anymore.

Its possible.Working 4 years on boxing and staying clean would do him a world of good.

He won't have the extra 3 years of fight wear and tear, so yes he could actually come back better, bigger and stronger. I am sure he will be the most tested fighter when he comes back.

He will end up like Henderson and Belfort. Without the juice, his endocrine system is screwed up and he would need TRT like they did. The problem is that it is not allowed anymore so he won't have the "success" or resurgence in his career like they did. That is IF he comes back clean but I don't think that his frail ego will allow him to. He will come back and "dominate" his next opponent, 4 years from now, and then get busted for the juice and be gone. For his "legacy" his next fight back will have to be against a big name opponent because it will probably be his last.
