If Jon Jones was on Roids all of his career (I believe he was) why did he not have one punch knock out power?

That's not how physics works

Jon Jones. The MMA GOAT.

Deal with it.

Roids (strenght) don't automatically give you ko power. Technique, speed and bone structure play a huge role.

He was not taking the punching power roids.

Gee maybe because you can’t just pop a pill and become an all-time great athlete or something. Someone is not taking steroids and suddenly becoming Michael Jordan. Nor do you develop every single attribute of a great fighter simply because you popped a pill.

I love how sherdoggers think if they did roids theyd look like yoel romero and be ufc champ but dont because they arent dirty cheaters.

Do athletes take anything to absorb more damage or are they strictly for performance?

If strength was an indicator for punching power , Brock Lesnar would be a more powerful puncher then Anthony Johnson.

Punching power comes from technique , core and leg strength , speed , accurately , timing .... not to mention being a genetically gifted fighter , i mean how many Mike Tysons are there .... only one.

His main weapons were clinical striking, distance control, cardio and wrestling. It got him to the top so why would he start trying to KO guys with power punches?

Plenty of great fighters are physically strong for their weight class but have little 1-punch KO power. Every heard of Mighty Mouse or GSP? Jake Shields was strong enough to take down Hendo repeatedly and beat him, but appears to have the punching power of an average 9th grade boy.

Power is about mechanics, not how much you can deadlift

Well there are George Foremans, Ernie Shavers and Gerry Cooneys who hit harder than Tyson (according to boxers who fought both Tyson and them). But I agree with your main point.

Bones is clearly the GOAT. However, steroids don't make you a great all around athlete.

TS should go read a book.

I think that very few Sherdoggers actually think that. TS is trolling, right and everyone else is correcting him.
