If you can bare the taste and don't experience an upset stomach, it is good enough for most people as a pure whey protein supplement. If you're on a budget, it really isn't that bad. Trueprotein has absolutely dirt cheap protein with their 50lb backs, though. If you can afford to buy in bulk you really wont find a better deal.
all other protein shake its the same shiit, if you really think you don't obtain enough during the day then the wallmart one is fine. I have the protein shake body fortress and only consume one scoop every time I train and only in the morning when I don't have any protein food to eat with my carbohydrate.
I've used nothing but Dymatize for over 10 years. For post-work out protien it's the best. More isolate than concentrate but just enough concentrate so that the isolate is not burned up and gets used by the muscles.

IMO it basically comes down to money. When I have money I go with ON 100% gold standard. Not because it's better I just think it mixes better than any other whey protein supp on the market. When I'm broke I go with BF. I hace two jugs of BF in my apartment right now and I'm still growing. There isn't really that much difference.
