Has any of you guys have been doing this?

I found out that my T levels have dropped for the past year. Do you think that it's normal for the levels to fluctate? I dunno what to think.

Youd prob get good, experienced replies in the S&C section. Been several posters there with threads on the subject.

Lmk if you want to move it.

Do you eat healthy, exercise frequently and get enough sleep?

Two of my friends have ridiculously low testosterone levels in their early thirties and both of them live very slobbish lives and drink like fish. I think I read that modern men on average have much lower levels that men from the past.

Low test can also be caused by medical problems, so probably best to get it checked out.

I eat healthy. The thing is I've stopped training for the past year, but the drop is significant which leads me to believe that there's something more for this. I don't get a lot of sleep, but I haven't been sleeping well for the last 3-4 years, so this also seems like a non-factor.

Btw... what are you friends' levels exactly?

Train legs HARD - proven to increase test levels.

Also injecting test 400 helps.
