Blink 182 vs Green Day

I like them both about the same

Which isnt very much.

Green Day......Dookie was at least tolerable for a month or two.
 
I was a big fan of both. Blink until that self-titled album and Green Day until 21st century breakdown..or whatever it was called?

I saw them both numerous times in the late 90's/early 2000's. Then they did that co-headline tour together. Blink was still promoting Take off your pants and Jacket and Green Day was promoting their first greatest hits album...big mistake. Green Day whipped the floor with them, it was like men against boys in every way.

I don't really listen to either anymore but I would go see Green Day again for old time sake. Blink? I don't think so.

Blink 182 sound bad live except for Travis Barker
 
This is a tough one. If I had to pick one I guess Blink 182 wins. I am indifferent towards Blink 182 but Green Day is in my personal top 3 worst bands ever.

I'll take Ebola. Probably green day if forced to choose between lesser evils
 
Dookie and Insomniac are good albums, the latter completely over looked by most green day haters. They have way more hits than blink and only one singer thats better than both in blink.
 
That is like asking if you wanna be stabbed in the eye or the balls, tough choice.

I like Blink, but Green Day are on a different level.
 
Blink, for sure.....they seemed to care a bit more...

 
Green Day all day, one of the only 90s bands I can tolerate.



They could almost be an 80s thrash band.
