People like her should be barricaded in their own country, with their passport confiscated. They are simply too narrow-minded to travel the world. They can't adapt to other cultures or other ways of life, without complaining and pointing fingers and screaming about how unfair life is outside of their own little bubble.

While colonialism certainly has a lot to answer for, I don't think the Europeans are responsible for a dislike of dark skin by people who do this shit:

I think it's more likely that it's a class rather than race thing. Lower class people have, historically, worked physical jobs outside. Upper class people got to sit on their asses inside. The lower class people got darker tanned skin. The upper class people remained pale relative to the poor people. It's more likely because of this than colonialism that darker skin has a bit of a negative connotation to it because light skin was usually associated with being rich/important enough to sit on your ass inside all day. Darker skinned people just kind of got bad luck in the context of cultural developments in many part of the world.

To the extent that this phenomena occurs, if it occurs at all, I think what is happening is that the preexisting bigotry of the people is kind of spiced up by the Western ones transmitted by media. And their preexisting bigotry makes them more resistant to the liberal influence.

So a rural Asian person might almost by default have some level of bigotry towards people of African descent. But through exposure to American media may come to learn of the more specific stereotypes about black people that we have here and then internalize those.

And you have to understand the industry is aware of the Chinese prejudice against blacks and tends to treat them with kid gloves over it. Take the poster for Star Wars for example

So we're not going to see anti-racism movies marketed to them very often.

Don't know how transparent it was in 2019 but surely you've seen all these companies put on LGBT flags on their Twitter handles for American and European accounts and left the Asian accounts untouched LOL.
