I just saw it. It had a lot of political undertones, but the movie is a worthy inclusion to the Marvel franchise. I liked it!

This looks promising. Just read your score till I can see it though.

By the way, We all know who the original Black Panther hero is.

A bit bummed we apparently don't get a lot of insight into T'Challa as a character...
Don't take that part too seriously, it was just my impression. I suspect that I might be the only one who has an issue with it. And as I said, it was only at the early parts of the movie.

Already got tickets for Friday night at 10:25PM, and got the mother in law to stay the night to watch both kids. Gonna paint the town red, and watch a bunch of black. #stoked

I hate super hero movie weekends, no other good movies tend to come out cus they don’t want to compete with whatever generic rehashed super hero flick is coming out that weekend.

But yeah this one has tons of black people, so 10/10

I'll still go and watch it anyway:)

Only real problem I have is the Vibranium Panther Suit. As DL pointed out, it's over-powered. When a guy can shrug off heavy caliber rounds like they are airsoft pellets, it kind of takes away any real tension and sense of danger.

On the other hand, if Thanos curb-stomps T;Challa while he's wearing the suit, it would show just how bad ass the Mad Titan is. I hope Panther tries to throw hands with Thanos in IW:cool:

Wasn’t too hyped for this, but due to the reviews I’m stoked. Will watch this weekend.

I think I'm equal parts stoked to see this movie/stoked to have the next MCU movie be the grand-daddy mothafuckin' Infinity War.

I'm almost afraid I'm gonna be looking past this too much while watching it. Probably because I'm most eager to see what kind of BP we get and how he'll fit into the mix.

I think while Stark and Strange battle for the position of "leading mind of the avengers" Black Panther will bring them all together by being the spirit, or soul, if you will, of the team.

It's obvious that, with Stark, Strange and T'Chala all interacting with each other that we are seeing the beginning of the MCU Illuminati:cool:

Just watched BP and thought the movie was great. Like Dragonlord wrote the fact that he was basically invulnerable with the suit was a tad lame and BP didn't really have much of a personality. Also the last part of the movie lasted too long imo.

I watched Justice League yesterday and the difference between them was just immense. Its like watching a kindergarten play vs going to broadway. Hopefully Disney buys up whoever owns DC movie rights and start making good movies.

Bring in Reed Richards in a post credit scene, too.

I like that it shrugs off bullets like Iron Man's suit does.

Quite frankly it takes me a little out of the action when characters like Black Widow, Hawkeye and even Captain America are in huge fields or fire and none of them ever get hit (at least seriously). Stark told Spiderman to aim for Captain America's legs but no one else seems to figure that out.

So if technology can provide that protection so that when these guys are in the field of battle any average joe with a hand gun cannot take them out and only more serious escalations can, that makes a lot of sense to me.

I don't want jeopardy for characters like Cap and Panther from every guy with a hand gun. Weave that vibranium in to both their suits.
