Any one know a good BJJ school in Toronto other then RebellionJJ?

Which one should I choice? Toronto BJJ it's going to take me at least an hour to an hour in a half to get there by bus. Rebellion it's going to take me 15-20 bus, 5-10 by car. Should I travel longer distant to get a better quality teacher? No offense to Rebellion.

I'd say sample and see what you like.

I've been at Rebellion for a couple of years (almost), so I can vouch for the quality of the place.

Most evening during the week the place is open for several hours after class so you can roll and practice technique to your heart's content.

P.M me for more details.

If you're a white belt does it really matter at this point? The Boys in Rebellion are great, they have a black belt there too (omar)

If anything switch schools after you get better.

I might be biased because I've only been to RebellionJJ, but I found this club to be great. When I go back to TO I would like to go back there again. Like mikeffd said, the open mat time is the best feature of this place and the instructors Omar and Steve treat you like family. Real good atmosphere to learn.

Thanks guys, I think I'm going to go to Rebellion, couple more questions

How much do they charge they monthly for BJJ class?

Do they charge testing fees?

Try KombatArts, if you're heading west. Mark Bocek gots madd skillz.
