Hopefully they don’t sue for the flu! It can’t be proven that someone got it from a specific place. You can get a virus on a doorknob anywhere.Only 4 states protect businesses from covid lawsuits .
Guidelines say to have 6 ft distance if POSSIBLE. Obviously you can't have that with full contact in BJJ.
A lawyer here in AZ informed me that martials arts schools that allow full contact, they can be liable and sued. Risky for all BJJ schools if someone contract covid from there academy.
