I just got an email about their new travel gi. It looks like the Kauai Kimonos ripstop gi. Does anyone own both and care to compare?

I just posted my review of the Globetrotter travel gi. I have 3 Kauai Kimonos ripstop gis, and love them tremendously especially for training in hot weather (aside from the obvious for travel.) I think the Globetrotter is equally nice.

I have one. I don't have a Kauai Kimono to compare it to but I definitely prefer it to the OTM travel gi. I use it almost exclusively for when I travel, but I think when summer hits it will get into my regular rotation.

It's a nice gi I recommended it if you travel a lot. It takes up a lot less space in my bag than a normal gi.

    OTM, of course
I have the grey one and just got the OK from Christian on the video and will post it today or tomorrow along with the write up, I'll agree with Fabio it's a good gi but definitely not a daily trainer. I throw mine in the dryer and it hardly shrank at all.
