Normally I would say Penn would win but after watching his last 5-6 fights and then watch him get KOed in a parking lot by this clown I'm not sure who would win.

Punk beats him easily. BJ gets progressively worse with each fight like he has AIDS or Alzheimers. Punk, while being rough, gets progressively better with each fight. BJ would be too confident to take the easy route against Punk and bang with him. Punk lights him up.
