Bj penn disqualified at tournament

thats pretty funny they got pulled apart across the entire mat area, i couldn't make out what happened to BJ

Come to think of it i havn't seen a vid of BJ as a brown, thanks!

Look under his opponent at about 1:20. Penn taps, but his opponent just lays down and cranks the toe hold even more.

The match was apparently over and the guy did not let go of the toe-hold even after BJ said something (BJ didn't tap during the match), so BJ slapped him.

EDIT: Notice the guy in the black shirt on the sideline counting the match down, the guy goes for the toe-hold after he counts down to zero.
 
that was poor sportsmanship on BJ's part, but I'm not pretending to know the whole story... m,aybe something happened before or during the match.


this wasn't long before BJ won the mundials as a black belt either.
 
I would have slapped that asshole too. Sorry Mikey, I usually agree with you. But not here.

Someonegoes for ANY leglock on me after zero and I'm pissed! An armlock maybe different, but when it's over AND I yell to stop and you go to break my ankle, knee, or both... That's time to hit someone.

watch the guy in the bottom left corner, he counts down the seconds, bj lets go of his opponent, but the guy keeps ahold of bj's foot and cranks it AFTER the time ended, so bj slapped him lol

The guy that tried for the sub after the bell should have got DQed, not Penn!

Penn would have beat the shit out of him if they would have let them go. Think Penn vs. Din or Uno.
 
He attempted to crank a toe-hold right after the bell sounded. BJ was in the right.

Was justified, the guy who was in front of the screen was clearly counting out the time, and his fists were closed completely signifying the end of the match and then the guy started cranking it.
 
so was it bj penn that was in the toe hold and tapped?

if it was then i guess he had every right to be mad cause the dude looked like he tried to crank his foot out from penns body!

that toe-hold was put on after the time was up, so BJ slapped him then Neto attacked him, an\d they both got the ban-hammer
