Also, Aleks seems to be sneaking in a bunch of Jew hate throughout the interview. Very odd to still see that these days.

Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed it.

I wasn't expecting him to be so... eloquent at points. Maybe it's the translator doing him favors, or maybe I just had Aleks pegged wrong. I expected more spite, but when he said about Fedor, "one only learns from making mistakes", I didn't sense any.

Shocking he feels that way about Ivan, but I see some merit in it. Aleks had to walk in Fedor's shadow, getting KO'd by CC and beaten by Barnett, not an easy path. I can see where he would be overly critical of his younger brother for not taking on the same hardships.

Aleks still seems like a misguided thug, with all his local tabloid publicity and interviews from people like Kharitonov. Still, I hope the guy gets clean and stops losing fights that he has no business losing.
