Bitcoin currency of the future?

There's always Tether :D
I'm actually surprised that the largest deviation from $1 was down to like $0.92. In a financial market, taking into account just what Tether is, an 8% drop is fairly drastic. But credit to their team- I just hope the owners of that $1.5bn worth of USDT don't all come calling for their money at once.

Tron lol. IMO tron is garbage but I wouldnt be suprised at all if it goes up. Tron is a good coin to buy at lows and big dips because it has high volume, on all major exchanges, and its developers are focused on making the price rise rather than developing actual tech. So its actually probably a safe bet in the short term lol.

Yeah Zclassic is hodl until at least the fork is immenient.

Yeah, tron is one of the hype coins I use for day trading. I couldn't resist buying some at its current price. At the moment ADA and IOTA are also good to play with as they seem to be quite stable with thier price, and safe when it comes to thier value going back up. I've sold and bought back in several times with my play money and its made me a decent profit.

No one really talks about NEO here. I bought some NEO back in October and it didn't do anything for a while, but it's been in on run the last few weeks. It's just about the only thing doing well today.

Can you please tell me more about your method please? For instance, with Tron. Because its stable, you buy when its "low" (how much?) and sell when its higher (how much)? And when? On the same day? Do you go all in? How much is your play money?

Can it also be done with some of those : Quantstamp (QSP), COSS, Siacoin, ICON (ICX), NEM (XEM), EOS, BitShares (BTS), Dogecoin (DOGE), Electroneum (ETN), Aion, Ethos (ETHOS), MediBloc (MED), Power Ledger (POWR) ?

I have 6.99 something neo. Bought 7 on binance and they took the fee from my neo. supposedly you can only send whole coins to your wallet since they're a share so I should probably buy a fraction and set that up. You get paid in GAS but only if it's in a wallet not an exchange. GAS is going well too.

Any advice on setting up personal wallets? One wallet can not hold all types of coins, I assume.

I'm holding LTC, POWR, REQ, NEO, PRL, VEN, and several othes. And yeah, some of them I don't care about holding long.. But I'm curious as to the opinions.

I guess I should start by saying that my day trading has cost me more in lost profit than it has made me. Often I will sell a coin for a small profit and then it will skyrocket which would have made me more than the amount I made with my trades. So for this reason my recomendation for anyone looking for anything other than a quick profit, is to just buy and hold a coin you think will do well long term.

With my day trading I sort of look at how high the coin has been, how many times it has reached that point and for how long. I also look at if there is any news which could possibly make a coin moon like a fork, a partnership aanouncement, etc. IOTA has gone as high as $6 and been floating around the $4 mark for quite some time, so its quite safe to buy at $3.50 or lower and to sell near the $4 mark. Another thing I will do is if 2 coins go down on a dip and one goes a lot lower than the other but I feel they both will go up to thier previous price I will trade between them. The main thing I recommend with this is only trade in coins you believe will go up long term.

So with Tron it hit 30 cents but didn't stay there and quickly went down again, which is not ideal. However at the price it was (is) I couldn't resist in todays hype market so took a small gamble. I would sell if it doubles without big news, or possibly hold it longer with it.

It can be done with any coin but its risky. Out of the coins you listed I would be most inclined to short trade Power Ledger at $1.30 and sell at $1.70 as I like the chart pattern between the prices and its also a coin I think has a bright future.

So you can hold ether based wallets on myetherwallet, bitcoin based currencies on bitcoinwallet and Neo based currencies on neon wallet. They are all free and easy to make (plenty of youtube videos to guide you). Just make sure to print the key and not lose the paper. I personally bought a Nano Ledger as I like to do my work at coffee shops and I don't like looking over my shoulder.

Stayed up to invest in 'The Key' ICO and the website has crashed. Great

Yeah, can't access it.

What a nightmare, they then gave out forms to fill out via thier twitter to send by email. Only the email wouldn't send to the address they gave. Luckily the Apex ICO site also crashed and tweeted a fill out form which I was lucky enough to fill out before the 15 minutes it took to run out.

Jmes Altucher has mentioned

Zcash
first blood

he didnt recommend first blood but said it had gone up big time..

all coins are dropping, what's going on

China plans to ban mining, South Korean government is introducing stricter regulation to exchanges and due to their poor wording this was mistaken as banning and a general pullback from the insane december/early jan bull run the alt coins went through is my guess.

So ole Litecoin Charlie Lee selling his LTC stash when it was conveniently flying high really put a nail or two in the crypto.

Buy more now

Take my hard earned money for these invisible things, take it now !

Get out of my head!

Seriously I am buying now though. As bad as that fall looked there's already a recovery and the market cap only took us back to what it was on christmas.

A good lesson from this is don't have more than you're willing to lose because in a 24 hour market because you could be asleep while it all falls to shit.
