Yep, he probably would have stopped it if it wasn't for the mouth piece fiasco. I bet you anything he would have stopped it if Silva punched him 2 or 3 times while Bisping was down.

He would have looked like even more of an idiot if there was 10 seconds left in the round and he told Silva to come back and punch Bisping in the head a couple of times before stopping it.
