Out of all middleweights Bisping has the least to offer. He is and will always be a gatekeeper. He even lost the fight against Silva but got gifted a decision in his own backyard. He is nowhere near title shot in reality. Luke has already dominated him and it won't change in any but more negative way for Bisping this time as now Luke is even more better than he was back then. What a stupid idea.

Rockhold brutalizes literally every single one of the options that have come up and asked for the fight. That's something people don't seem to understand when they bash the notion that Bisping should get the title shot.

it is but at the same time there's only so much they can do if nobody else wants to accept the fight so with that said i would give Bisping credit for being man enough to step up

as annoying as these injuries are what's almost annoying is hearing these guys talk about how they want this shot and that shot and when the opportunity arrives they suddenly have cramp

He beat Silva, but he's not title shot material and that's been thoroughly established. It would be a pointless fight. If they want to keep Rockhold on the card they should at least give him an exciting opponent. Bisping brings nothing to the table.

The more I think about it, the more I'm okay with it. Sucks Jacare hurt his knee in the Belfort fight. At least that's what someone wrote in another thread.

I don't have anything against Bisping but it honestly looked like Rockhold wasn't even trying in their first fight and he won it with a one armed gulliotine for crying out loud.

You can scream how people should be allowed to redeem themselves and how this fighter and that fighter didn't have a chance either but won but at the end of the day Bisping has absolutely nothing to offer Rockhold, Jacare has a scary ground game and his striking is vicious but he doesn't need to fight a guy like Luke on short notice having already lost a close fight to him, Yoel is a freak of nature but he's suspended.

Give the fight to Whittaker, Mousasi, or Brunson at least those are fresh fights.

Bisping landed 35% of significant strikes whereas Anderson landed around 55%. Bisping failed a takedown attempt as well.
Both got knocked down but Andersons Knockdown was far more impressive

You don't win a round by having your back against the cage for 4+ minutes while not throwing anything compared to your opponent.
