So the House Democrats gave Trump 738 billion for the war effort. A person whom they have called a Russian asset and a traitor for 3 years. A person that they want to impeach. How can this be?

To be fair, it also increases pay for the troops by 3.1% and mandates 12 weeks’ paid leave so federal workers can care for their families. But this is another .7 trillion to the military in addition to the .6 trillion already budgeted to the military. Almost 1.4 trillion dollars for war and a "space balls force".

Now you lily-livered lefties, right-wing nut jobs, tea party tea baggers and commies socialist wind dings. Instead of half a trillion dollars going to protect us from Dark Helmet and President Skoorb. What could half a trillion do for the country?

-80 billion ends homelessness in this country for the next 10 years.
-80 billion to send every American to college.
-300 billion to upgrade every public school and give each teacher a 20% raise.

And we get to keep the raise for the military and family leave for federal employees.

Multiple nations now have the ability to shoot down satellites and they're investing in further space fighting capabilities. Satellites are the backbone of the internet, GPS, phone communication, etc. We need to be able to protect those satellites from attack otherwise a coordinated attack could completely grind our country to a halt. What kind of low IQ thinks that stuff is Spaceballs shit, this is real world stuff. Space is a new frontier for warfare and it would good for us if we stayed in the lead on it. We already spend more tax money on education and healthcare than those countries. Military spending has nothing to do with it. In fact, adopting universal healthcare and cheaper public colleges would allow us to spend more on the military.
