Biggest decision machines in the UFC today

I would say like Dan Ige or Niel Magny. The dude couldn’t even finish a washed up Lawler who wasn’t even fighting back

Jorge Gurgel, back in the day, went to a decision almost every time he fought in the UFC, except one time when he lost to Cole Miller I think. I remember back then, when I was newer to MMA, I kept thinking it was such a bummer that they kept this guy signed. Looking back, he still had some good fights.

Why does he have to be one or the other? You do realise fighters could be neither of those things?

Funny thing is a couple years ago you could for sure put Masvidal on here, but now he's painted as the best finisher of all time. Kinda crazy. Machida has become a boring decision guy.

Masvidals always had hands and even before the Til KO he was KO'ing guys like Cowboy and Ellenberger.

Solid shout though, his early UFC run I remember it being very decision heavy.

Machida was always kind of like that he just sprinkled a some kos in-between decisions but even his fights that ended in ko were a little slow untill the boom.

Yeah he's always had tentative hands.. Before Ellenberger he had 18 fights and only had 2 tkos, and about a million split decisions against guys he should've beaten

I don’t think of it as a knock against her though- she’s under sized for the class and yet does really well.

She’s also, as you hinted at- super tough. She fought Andrade, Joanna, Weili, and Rodriguez all in a row and was not stopped by any of them. And all four of those women are throwing to get you out of there.

To be fair, Masvidals KOs seem to just break people. If that record is true, Till, Askren, Cerrone, Ellenberger never really have found consistent form after those KOs.

No i agree 100% I like Mas, that Till ko was insane and the Askren too, he deserves the attention he got from those fights. Ellenberger was as shot as it gets, and Cerrone had been styled on well before Mas
 
Colby but not Usman? If you count his 2 TUF fights, Usman has 3 finishes in his last 14 fights and the Colby finish was an early stoppage.
