Definitely Barao, dude was on top of the world for a while and then he just dropped off entirely after Dillashaw upset him and he kept losing to low/mid tier fighters onwards. Woodley dropped off too, but he at least lost to well regarded top ten guys, Barao lost to no names.

Barao. He was at the top then gone. Literally gone. T Wood lost his title and seemingly his ability to put anything together to win a fight. He was fighting those on cards with his name out there and being talked about. The skid has been embarrassing and somewhat puzzling but he's been out there going after it where as Barao has been an afterthought.
